How it works
assess applicants
Applicants apply to your job and take an Optimize Hire Pre Employment Test right from their phone or computer during the initial step of the application process. On average, tests take only 8-10 minutes.
applicants ranked automatically
Your ATS instantly ranks all applicants by assessment score. Decades of research show that recruiters and managers who move the highest scoring applicants into resume-review and interviews are more likely to recruit better-performing talent.
Interview Applicants
Optimize Hire provides a results report and interview guide for each applicant to show how they performed in each trait measured by the test. The questions in the interview guide are specially developed by hiring experts at the Wharton School to help recruiters learn more about applicant scores in different traits.
Integrations
Optimize Hire Talent Assessments integrate seamlessly with iCIMS, Greenhouse, Workday and any other Applicant Tracking System. If your business uses any of these ATS’s to manage your hiring processes, contact us to have your Optimize Hire assessment integrated smoothly.
If you use a different applicant tracking system, contact us anyway. We work with ATS’s to build new integrations all the time. If you don’t use an ATS at all, Optimize Hire has one built-in at no added cost to you.

We’re constantly telling our clients and prospective clients they can expect to see a normal distribution of Optimize Hire scores, but it can be hard to explain on a brief phone call what that really means and why it’s a good thing. We worked with our Wharton experts to parse it out a little bit further in the infographic below.
